Delivery Information

Pet Digital Artwork

Immediately after you place your order, your pet photo is sent to our artists. Please allow up to 48 hours for your artwork to be completed, after which it will be sent to you for approval.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this will understandably extend the delivery time.

Physical Products

You can expect 2-3 weeks shipping time from when you place your order to the time you receive your physical products. We promise it's worth the wait!

The Toonie wearable blanket ships to the following locations (FREE SHIPPING):
USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam)
Australia
New Zealand

All other products (throw blankets, pillows and mugs) support FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

All products are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available except for wearable blankets. Wearable blankets ship from a different facility which does not support automatic email notifications. They are still shipped with tracking but the tracking number will have to be manually requested from support.
Please allow 5 days from order date before requesting your tracking number as we cannot provide the tracking number while the product is still in production.
We are actively working to automate all shipping notifications.

Note: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
