upload. They design the artwork by hand on a graphics tablet.

can order your digital artwork from the
Toon My Pet page.
You can request unlimited revisions until we get the artwork just right.

If some pet artwork is missing from your artwork library, open that artwork's feedback page in this browser. The feedback page is the link that was sent to your email.
Afterwards, refresh this page and your face library will be populated with the pet artwork.
When multiple pets appear next to each other, you can change their relative sizes (XS - XL) from the dropdowns in the Pets section.
The pets are scaled to be as large as possible while respecting the relative sizes you specify.
If you selected a different size for a pet and it hasn't changed size, other pets must have changed size to respect the relative sizing.
Despite our efforts to make the 3D product preview accurately resemble the physical product, the position of the background pattern relative to the pets on the physical product will not be exactly as shown on the 3D product preview.
