Please be advised that Toonie has a no returns policy due to the personalized nature of our products. However, if something doesn't look right or is defective, we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.

BEFORE PRODUCT RECEIVED
Order cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours after your order.

AFTER PRODUCT RECEIVED
Because these are one of a kind products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you followed our photo guide but received an inadequate art render of your pet, we'll do what we can to make it right.

ARTWORK QUALITY
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit high quality photos that adhere to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork.

SHIPPING TIMES
The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of a late delivery, we can't issue refunds.
